Mini Reports for a quick overview:

Scormium Mini Reports give you quick access to basic information. These Mini Reports are divided into three main types. They differ mainly by who can access and work with them, but also by how they are used.

Default reports: this section contains a basic summary of data that is useful for example for checking on a daily basis. These are the simplest reports that give you a basic overview of the results.
‍

Public reports: this type of report can only be created by Portal Managers and is accessible to your entire team using the portal. It allows you to create reports that are key to meeting your goals.
‍

Private Reports: this section shows reports that are only available to you. No one else has access to them and you are free to edit and expand them according to the data you want to monitor.
‍

Favorite reports: you can use Favorite reports especially if you need to track some specific data on a long-term and regular basis. You can access them by clicking on the star in the top right corner of each report.

Efficient administration and reporting:

Scormium allows you to efficiently manage and create custom reports that fit your exact needs. Of course, you can duplicate, edit and save each report as your own.

Here's a simple step-by-step process to create a customized report:

1. General: enter a name for the report and select a type, for example "Public Report".

2. Source: select the main data source from which the report will be compiled, for example "Users".

3. Content: now that you know the source (Users), you can specify what you want to see in the source. (e.g. Courses and Events)

4. Summary: This last step is only to verify your selection.

Now we have created a Public Report where we can see Users and their Courses with Events. You can edit, save or delete these reports at any time, managing them is very simple.

Report detail

The Reporting detail in Scormium is divided into two main sections that allow you to work efficiently with your data.

Top: In this section you have a wide range of actions for the entire Report. You can edit, save, duplicate and export data to suit your needs.

Lower part: this part contains the table with your data. You have the ability to edit the table using filters and columns to match your requirements.

The table shows the selected Data Source. If you click a row using the left arrow, you will see all the details of the selected Content in tabbed form. You can switch between the tabs to view the contents of the specific row you are interested in.

Filtration and columns

You have options for filtering and editing columns to improve the information retrieval in the table.

Filter: When you click on the "Filter" button, you will see a menu of tabs where you can specify what results you want to see. The filters can be freely combined, allowing you, for example, to filter groups and specific courses at the same time.
‍

Column selection: in this section you can sort and customize the columns according to your needs. The column menu has been expanded in the latest version of Scormium, giving you more flexibility when working with your data.

*Please note that you can only change columns if you are the owner of the Report.

We have a tip for you: if you want to edit someone else's report, you can simply duplicate it and then work with it as you wish.
‍

To avoid having to set up filters and columns again each time, you can click the "Save Report Status" button at the top. At that point, all the settings of the Mini Report will be saved and whenever you reopen it, your view with filters and columns will be there.
