If you're head-to-head from these abbreviations, don't worry, we'll explain everything. LMS stands for Learning Management System. That is, for a system that allows you to create and manage educational content and receive it to the people who are supposed to consume it. LXP, or sometimes LEP, is a term for learning experience platform.

You can think of LXP as an online platform where you integrate multiple educational approaches and focus primarily on user experience and education. The need to create LXP arose simply from the fact that LMS have become somewhat flat for today's linear approach, and contemporary education requires diverse sources of knowledge and knowledge.
