Marketing Specialist

We are a team of technology and education experts. From Karlín, we help companies stay one step ahead with our education know-how. Through our product, Scormium, companies increase the satisfaction, retention and engagement of their clients and employees. In a couple of years, our target market will be $40B+ and we want Scormium to play a major role in that market. Our clients already include Asahi Beer(Prazdroj), Decasport, Tipsport and others.

What kind of role is that?

We are looking for a creative and motivated marketing specialist to join our team. If you enjoy marketing and have a proven track record of success, we want to get to know you!

What are you gonna do?

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives.
• Manage and develop the company's social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn
• Create engaging and effective content for a variety of channels, including blog posts, email campaigns and social media posts.
• Write persuasive copy that effectively communicates the added value of the product.
• Conduct market research and analyze data for marketing strategies.
• Work with the sales team to create sales materials.
• Work on PPC and SEO, or communicate with an external agency that we hire for these things.
• Analyze results with the critical eye of a pro and optimize.

What will help you succeed?

This role will suit you if you already have a few years of marketing experience, an internal drive and don't mind that there isn't much to market yet. You're playing a team affair. You approach your work conscientiously and when things go wrong, you have no problem coming out and talking openly about it. Likewise, when management has unreasonable demands, you have no problem saying so.

You should also be an expert in social media (especially LinkedIn), content creation and copywriting. If you can also do PPC and SEO, that's a plus, but we don't require it.

Salary

24,000-38,000Kč for a half-time job (80 hours per month)
