Right from the beginning of the year, we managed to set up a customer academy for our client emplifi. The assignment sounded clear. Create a new learning portal that will respond to the latest trends and ensure the increase in expertise and certification of the client's customers. And it did. Learn more about it you can read here.
In holiday mode, we managed to win another tender for a multinational company in the brewing industry. Right in the autumn, a whirlwind of new business began and we managed to welcome other famous names in banking and sports on board. We managed to get 15 new clients. Unfortunately, we have to wait for the individual names to be revealed. Soon, however, we will begin to gradually uncover them. So you definitely have something to look forward to!
Our awards shelf, where the Microsoft Partner Awards, 25th place in Deloitte's Fast 50 ranking for our 393% year-on-year growth, and first place in the IT product 2021 from Computerworld were not left empty either.
We have found that market needs are more important than our plans. Originally, Scormium was used to distribute educational content. But 2020 mixed everything up, and with it came the need to develop a comprehensive education system (LMS). And so we went for it:
In the process, however, we found out that it could go even further and we decided to move the LMS to LXP. That is, a platform for a comprehensive educational experience. You can read why this is important in the article here. We have prepared a lot of new features such as study trips, implementation in e-commerce, gamification, advanced reporting, quizzes and questionnaires or an event module.
The first version of Scormium originally came from the workshop of the software company Sense4code. This means that at the beginning of the year, in addition to increasing demand and demands on product development, hiring had to start. Now there are 15 of us, we have our own traders and an ever-growing development team. But Hiring definitely does not end, so if you are reading this and you like Scormium, write to us and have a coffee with us. And now a brief look at where we are now:
So long do you go to the developer with the code until the brand breaks. With this completely invented proverb, we want to imply that what happened to us is what most technical companies have done. We made a product and focused on making it cuddly, but dealing with a brand just wasn't the time with the rapid and rapid growth. In collaboration with freelancer Tom Garcy, we put together a new visual identity this year. What to imagine under it? That it wasn't easy at all and it wasn't just about the logo. Although, paradoxically, the logo is the first thing you notice in the new identity.
In addition to the logo, you have to solve the colors, font, web design, what photos you will use, how you should feel about it, why it is round, why on the contrary angular and a lot of other seemingly small activities, which, however, affect customers subconsciously and form a coherent and trustworthy perception of your product. Because what good would it be to have great technology if it seemed so dubious and unclear to people?
This is connected with another part of the redesign, which took place long before the visual one. We were putting together a coherent language that we would speak. This created a connection that you will already find in each of our materials. Scormium = meaningful education.
We hope we didn't overdo it with the balance sheet. We are not in the habit of bragging and pulling out. But let's leave the past aside and take a look at what we're planning for 2022.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the success of Scormia this year. Whether to employees, clients or partners. 2021 was a ride thanks to you!
